Description
The VXT4 from KRK is a high-quality two-way active monitor speaker that's great for use in professional or project studios. The ported, low-resonance cabinet houses a rigid 4" woven Kevlar woofer designed for extended low frequency response, as well as a 1" silk dome tweeter. Both drivers have vented formers to reduce power compression effects and maintain great sound. The sleek, curved design of the monitor creates terrific imaging qualities and offers a wide sweet spot. The rear of the cabinet sports an XLR/TRS combo input jack. Controls include high and low frequency adjustment switches, a level control, an auto mute switch, and clip indicator/limiter switch. A ground-lift switch helps to eliminate hum cause by ground loops, and a voltage selector switch makes it easy to use the monitor internationally. • Active two-way studio monitor • Two internal amplifiers provide 45W of total power • The rigid 4" woven Kevlar woofer provides extended low frequency response with minimal distortion • The 1" silk dome tweeter has a very fast transient response for crystal clear treble • Ported, low-resonance cabinet is designed with excellent imaging and a wide sweet spot in mind • XLR/TRS combo input • Rear-panel level control • Three-way control switches for HF and LF adjustment • Ground-lift switch for reducing hum • Clip indicator/limiter switch • Auto-mute on/off switch • Voltage Selector Switch for international use • Tamper-resistant switch covers • Integrated Omni Mount support Estimate Shipping
