Shipping & Return Policy
SonicFiber Returns
We try to make this process as simple as possible for you and us. We have a return form available for download on all of our listings and on our website. All Requests for Return must be made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days all warranty claims must be made directly to the manufacturer of the product purchased. Should you have difficulty in contacting the manufacturer or need assistance we will be glad to assist you in this process, however we will not replace the unit from our location.
New items (unused) will be subject to UP to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This will be applied if the items is used, scratched, dented. All components must be intact for all returns.
Exchanges are subject to 10% restocking fee against the cost of the initial item.
Refunds will be credited back to the payment method received initially within 7 days of return of the item. They will reflect any restocking fees or shipping fees.
All returns must have all original items and packaging.
Items that cause a health hazard cannot be returned (Headphones, In Ear systems, microphones, mouthpieces, and anything inserted into the mouth, ear or body.)
Opened software also cannot be returned.
Special Order, discontinued, and close outs are also non-returnable. They will be marked as such.
Any item returned must be shipped back (at buyers expense) via a traceable, insured method. Additionally when returning items, shipping cost paid by us to UPS or USPS will be deducted from any refund (rates can be calculated via ups.com daily rates). Shipping costs are not refundable, items with free shipping will deduct the ups daily rates amount paid by us from the refund in addition to any restocking fee.
For DOA (Defective) items, you have 48 hours to report the defective product. Defective items must be sent back to us (or to the manufacturer depending on the brand). The item will be replaced within 20 days of the date of return. In the event we are unable to replace the product, we will issue a refund for the item (less shipping paid to ship the item to you. Items with free shipping will deduct ups daily rates from refund).
ALL RETURNS must be shipped back to us prepaid. In the event we must ship an item back to you (for replacement due to defect) we ship at our expense. if you return an item for store credit and purchase something else, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to your location.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries. Contact us for a quote outside of the continental USA/Canada.
- Are all your products new?
All Items are NEW IN BOX unless otherwise stated! We are authorized to sell all the products we carry, which come with a full manufacturer's warranty. We stock all of the products listed unless otherwise noted for special orders.
- What is B-Stock/Refurbished?
B-stock and Refurbished units are Manufacturer's certified 2nds or refurbished units. They generally carry a limited warranty from the manufacturer.
- What is Open Box?
Open box units are units either 1) Used for demo or display or 2) Returned units that have been approved to be resold. They both carry a full manufacturer's warranty.
- Are there any items that cannot be returned?
YES! Special Order Items (non stocked), Microphones, Headphones, In-Ear Systems, and anything that could pose a health risk cannot be returned. We also do not take returns on opened software.
SonicFiber Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground or USPS for all items marked free shipping. Free shipping does NOT apply outside of the contiguous 48 states. If you are outside the 48 states you MUST contact us for shipping rates (AK, HI, PR, VI, etc.) Canada rates are posted for most items.
If you need the item in a hurry, give us a call, or choose an expedited shipping option! We can ship same day up till 5:00pm Eastern time if you choose expedited shipping options. Most items will ship same day. In the event of a backorder we will attempt to locate and ship the item right away from distribution or the manufacturer. We will let you know when it ships, and will contact you if there is going to be a severe delay in the delivery to you.
All stocked items ship from our NJ, USA warehouse.
All of our express shipping options are via UPS (3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Overnight, etc.) If you need an option that doesn't show up as available, give us a call @ (888) 646-2603 and we'll get you the gear when you need it!
Shipping to a PO Box in the Continental USA? No Problem, add $10 to the shipping cost.
Canada Shipping is at USPS Or UPS at our discretion. If you prefer one over the other, let us know and we will provide a finite quote for that service. Do NOT assume we will ship one way or the other as we will ship the least expensive way possible.
Overnight Shipping, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select via UPS. Call or E-mail for a quote if necessary.
Combined Shipping - We will combine shipping on items. Give us a call, or request combined shipping on items. Combined shipping applies to the lower 48 states. Generally, you can deduct $5 from each additional items shipping price (unless otherwise noted that there is a fee for multiple items)
Sales Tax - We only collect Sales tax in NJ.
Duties/Taxes/Fees - Any taxes, brokeraging fees, duties etc will be the responsibility of the buyer. We use monies paid by you to pay shipping company, it does NOT cover any additional fees incurred. In the event you refuse a shipment you will be responsible for the amount we pay for the shipping out and return shipping.

SonicFiber Extended Warranties
We will e-mail you post sale to offer you an extended warranty on your purchase and will offer for you to join our mailing list. You may also call or e-mail us here to purchase an extended warranty. Put extended warranty in the subject line, the unit purchased and we will reply back with 2yr and 4yr options.
